Shipping & Processing Times
- Our fulfillment network works continuously to prepare outgoing orders with speed and accuracy. Most purchases are packed and transferred to the courier only a few hours after your payment has been confirmed.
- When carrier schedules allow, we continue shipping on weekends and public holidays to keep delivery times as low as possible.
- During periods of unusually high demand—such as seasonal sales, special promotions, or new product releases—order preparation may require up to 1–2 business days. Should additional time be needed, an update will be sent to [email protected].
- Orders submitted outside of standard fulfillment hours or past our daily cutoff may begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
- All shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout using your delivery location, package weight or dimensions, and the shipping method selected. The full total will display before you place your order.
- Estimated delivery timelines include:
- Standard Shipping: Generally delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives in approximately 2–3 business days, depending on regional carrier capacity.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather events, customs delays, courier outages, remote-area processing, or other unexpected logistical disruptions may extend these timelines.
- For multi-item orders, certain products may ship from different warehouses to ensure quicker delivery. Each parcel will include its own tracking information.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, an automatic email will be sent containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor its movement.
- Most tracking numbers activate within 24 hours, giving the carrier time to complete initial scans.
- If tracking appears to be delayed or not updating, please allow a short grace period for the courier’s system to refresh, especially during peak traffic periods.
International Shipping Policies
- Wordpress Template ships globally; however, we are unable to cover import duties, customs taxes, or administrative fees imposed by your country’s authorities.
- Buyers are responsible for all VAT, GST, tariffs, or brokerage assessments charged upon arrival. These fees are regulated locally and are not collected by Wordpress Template.
- International shipments may experience additional processing time due to customs inspections. If your delivery seems delayed, please consult your local customs office for status updates.
Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Deliveries
- If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our support team immediately so we can help investigate the issue.
- Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Wordpress Template cannot accept liability for loss, theft, or damage that occurs while the shipment is in transit.
- In the event of a delivery issue, you may be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. They may request supporting evidence such as photos, packaging materials, or documentation related to the order.
- Please keep all packaging materials and any damaged items until your claim or resolution has been finalized.
Address Errors & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your address information is fully accurate before placing your order. This includes street address, apartment or suite number, postal code, and a valid contact number when required.
- If you need to correct an address after purchase, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been processed or shipped, adjustments may not be possible.
- Packages returned to our warehouse due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging intact. Refunds or replacements will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
